The Canadian Muslim Forum (FMC-CMF) extends its warmest congratulations to all the winners of the recent Québec municipal elections. We also express our deep appreciation to all principled candidates who participated in these democratic contests across the province’s municipalities. Their commitment, time, and civic engagement reflect a genuine dedication to serving the people of Québec.
The CMF also wishes to thank all citizens who cast their ballots and took part in the democratic decision-making process, helping shape the future of their communities. A special word of appreciation goes to the candidates from within the community, the dedicated volunteers who assisted during the elections’ campaigns, and all those who contributed to awareness campaigns encouraging civic participation. Their collective efforts once again demonstrated the importance of our community as an active and engaged part of Québec’s vibrant and diverse society.
As communities move forward following these elections, the CMF reaffirms its commitment to cooperation and constructive dialogue with elected officials and municipal institutions for the benefit of all members of society.
We look forward to seeing initiatives that promote prosperity, inclusion, and the enhancement of public services for all citizens, regardless of background or belief.
Together, through mutual respect and collaboration, we can continue to build a stronger and more cohesive Québec.
